Who we are
Zuper Apps builds business applications distributed through the Shopify App Store, HubSpot App Marketplace, and Zoho Marketplace. The service is provided by Amwhiz Media Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. For the purpose of applicable data protection laws, Amwhiz Media Private Limited is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy, and acts as a data processor in respect of the end customer data you route through our apps.

Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account and contact data: your name, business email address, company name, phone number, and role.
- Support and communications: messages, attachments, and details you send when contacting us.
- Billing data: subscription plan and transaction records. Payment card details are handled by the respective marketplace or payment processor and are not stored by Zuper Apps.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: features used, actions taken, timestamps, and in app events.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
2.3 Platform data
To deliver our apps, we access data from the connected platform on your instruction, for example Shopify store, order, and customer records; HubSpot contacts, deals, and workflow data; or Zoho CRM and app records. We process this data solely to provide the app’s functionality.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure our apps and services
- Authenticate users and manage subscriptions and billing
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests
- Improve, troubleshoot, and develop new features
- Send service, security, and transactional notices
- Send product updates and marketing where you have opted in (you can opt out anytime)
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service), consent (for optional marketing and certain cookies), and legal obligation (to meet regulatory requirements). Platform data (Shopify, HubSpot, Zoho)
When you install a Zuper Apps product, you authorize us to access defined scopes of data on your connected account. We use this data only to deliver the app’s features and never for unrelated purposes. If you uninstall an app, we stop accessing new data immediately and delete or anonymize stored platform data in line with the retention section below and each platform’s developer requirements.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Account data is retained while your subscription is active. After you uninstall an app or close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal and platform data within 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law, for dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements.
Data security
We apply industry standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, least privilege permissions, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where legally required.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
