Refund Policy for ZuperApps
At ZuperApps Powered by Amwhiz, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to providing a seamless experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase made on our marketplace, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund request, please email us at hello@zuperapps.com with your order details and the reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Please note that certain conditions apply:
- Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through the ZuperApps app marketplace.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or used are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or not as described.
- Subscription-based services may offer partial refunds depending on when cancellation occurs.
- The refund policy is applicable only to HubSpot services. Shopify-related purchases are not included, as Shopify is a marketplace managed directly by Shopify.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if they do not meet our policy criteria.
